Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Jagdamba Service Centre for your appliance repair and maintenance needs. We strive to provide premium services and high-quality spare parts. If you are not completely satisfied with our service or a spare part purchased through us, please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns (Spare Parts & Hardware)
- All returns must be requested within 7 days of the invoice date.
- To be eligible for a return, the spare part must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all original labels and tags attached.
- Certain items such as electrical panels, custom electronic circuit boards (PCBs), and glass parts are exempt from returns once installed.
Return Process
To initiate a return for a spare part, please email our customer service team at care@jagdambaservicecentre.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive your RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging along with the proof of purchase, and mail it to the following address:

In cases where the return is due to a verified defect in the part supplied by us, return shipping charges will be reimbursed or covered by Jagdamba Service Centre. For other voluntary returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your return request. Please allow 5 to 7 business days from receipt of the item to inspect its condition and process the refund.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, or UPI). It may take 1 to 2 billing cycles for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.
- We will notify you via email or phone once your return has been inspected and the refund has been processed.
Service Refund Policy
- Service Fees: Standard inspection and diagnostic fees are non-refundable once the service visit is completed.
- Warranty: All repair services are backed by a 30-day workmanship warranty. If the same issue reoccurs within 30 days of repair due to faulty workmanship or a part supplied by us, we will fix it at no additional cost.
- Defective/Damaged Parts: If a part installed by our technician is found to be defective within its warranty period, please contact us immediately at +91-9213783838 to schedule a free replacement visit.
Exceptions & Restocking Fees
- A 10% restocking fee may be charged for voluntary returns of high-value parts that are not defective.
- Sale items or promotional bundles are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
